7 days we will focus on a quick start to a healthier mind and body. You will have a 7 day meal plan. You will be given a 5 minute workout to do daily. (You can do it more then once a day) I will add some inspiring and motivational post a few times a day. I am here to help you focus on these 7 days. Participation is a must. It will help you have a great 7 days.
